The HGTV 2024 Smart Home Sweepstakes will award one Grand Prize Winner a dream home located in Atlanta, Georgia that is featured in the “HGTV Smart Home” 2024 special, including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise as determined by Sponsor (ARV: $795,825); $150,000 cash in the form of an electronic funds transfer; and a 2023 EQE SUV350 or an alternative Mercedes Benz vehicle of winner’s choice, not to exceed an ARV of $81,250; and electric vehicle charger. The ARV of the HGTV Smart Home includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, merchandise, and artwork. In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home 2024 (and the contents of the HGTV Smart Home), the winner will have the option of receiving $550,000 in cash in lieu of the HGTV Smart Home. If winner elects to take the Cash Option, the winner will still receive the Cash Prize and Vehicle Prize.
