The HGTV Urban Oasis 2022 Sweepstakes will award one Grand Prize Winner a dream home located in Nashville, Tennessee that is featured in the “HGTV Urban Oasis 2022” special that includes home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise (ARV: $1,224,308), all-new Mercedes Benz C-Class or Mercedes Benz vehicle of winner’s choice not to exceed an ARV of $54,700, and $50,000 cash in the form of a check. In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Urban Oasis home (and the contents of the HGTV Urban Oasis), winner will have the option of receiving $300,000 cash, and will still receive the $50,000 and Mercedes Benz vehicle.
