The CVS® Wear Your HeART Contest sponsored by CVS Pharmacy, Inc. and administered by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. will award (4) Grand Prize Winners ($5,000 cash check each) for creating an original CVS Health® bandage design on the theme of "protecting your health" that thoughtfully incorporates the CVS® heart. Two (2) prizes are awarded to Adult Entrants (18+) and two (2) prizes are awarded to Youth Designers (under 18 entered by parent/guardian).
Grand Prizes (4 Total Winners - 2 Adults 18+ and 2 Youth Designers under 18): • $5,000.00 USD cash awarded as a check • Winning bandage design featured on limited edition CVS Health® brand bandages launching in Fall 2027 • Opportunity to be featured in a national promotional campaign (including media and social media posts)
