The HGTV Smart Home 2026 Sweepstakes will award (1) Grand Prize Winner a grand prize package including: (i) one (1) home located in Apopka, Florida (the “HGTV Smart Home 2026®”) including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise (ARV: $1,288,796); and (ii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer. ARV: $1,388,796. In lieu of taking title to the home, the winner may select a $600,000 cash option plus the $100,000 cash prize
